Refund policy

We offer a 3-hour return policy. You may request a return within 3 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Damaged, missing, or wrong items must be reported within 3 hours of delivery.

We do not accept returns on perishable goods, custom orders, sale items, or gift cards.

No direct exchanges are offered. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
