Freshhub is an online store that delivers fresh meat, fruits, vegetables, and kitchen essentials directly to your doorstep.

If an item is unavailable, our team will contact you before dispatch to offer a suitable replacement or arrange a refund for the unavailable item, based on your preference.

We currently deliver in Jeddah and Riyadh only. If your area is not available at checkout, it means we do not deliver there yet.

We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, usually within the same day or next day depending on order time and location.

No minimum order is required, but free shipping is available on orders of 200 SAR and above.

Delivery is free on orders of 200 SAR or more. Orders below 200 SAR have a delivery fee of 10 SAR.

Yes, returns are accepted within 3 hours of delivery if the item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging (except perishable goods).

Perishable items like meat, poultry, seafood, and frozen products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you are not happy with the quality, contact us within [24 hours] of delivery with a photo and we will replace it.
